The free airport shuttle was a significant advantage. Its reliable service reduced travel stress considerably. I also found the on-site restaurant and bar convenient, offering a good selection at reasonable prices. The staff members were consistently friendly and ready to help, which I appreciated.
The air conditioning in my room was quite loud. It wasn't very effective at cooling the space. The noise was a little disruptive during the night.

the morning shuttle to the airport was very convenient it saved me a lot of hassle getting there early
the room i booked said it was a double or twin room however it was quite small i felt a bit cramped the pillows were also very flat it was not comfortable

The hotel accommodated us quickly when we needed a room with just a few hours notice. I so valued that. they also let us into our room earlier, a gesture i found kind. the transportation shuttle to the airport was very convenient. I remember that journey fondly.
The room was sub-par, and this saddened me. the bed was not comfortable. there were only two thin pillows, one hand towel, and one bath towel. I missed having more. the phone in my room did not work. I couldn't call for services because of this.
